Take a knee and listen up privates, I’m going give you the truth about EA’s game Battlefield 2. Basically you’re a simple soldier doing your job, engaging and destroying the enemy forces. Regardless if they are American, Chinese, NATO, or some Kazakhstan guy “yes very nice”. To be honest the plot is… well the single player game play, and the multiplayer is fun, plus the graphics are pretty cool.

Story
It’s clear I don’t think too highly of Battlefield’s plot. Granted most FPS are relatively similar, but that can be okay, especially if you don’t really care what’s happening and shooting stuff is the main concern. This game was just really weak for some reason, probably due to the fact that there are so many games based around a futuristic NATO/US – Chinese war that I was hoping for something new. Then there is the bizarre plot twist in the end where it turns out that some terrorist tricked everyone to fight, making the plot a little too James Bondish. Most of the time you don’t even truly know your nationality, besides a cheesy accent here and there.
