HDMI cables, difference?

whats the difference between buying this, which i find alot cheaper on ebay $20

and this which i find to be around $60

(im aware that it would prob cost less in the states than over here in AUS)

edit: also plan to hook up 5.1 surround sound so the xbox cord may prove better?

kk well im trying to get the best out of my xbox and TV for clearest most HD visuals and i also need 5.1 surround spoeakers to hook up as well.

maybe this is what i want?

The xbox 360 HDMI cable package comes with an HDMI cable AND the digital optical audio small cable adapter. If you want to hook up your surround sound directly into your xbox 360, you have to have this part (assuming it uses digital optical audio), not just an HDMI cable. As far as just the HDMI cables go, they are all the same.
