Who knew video games could win a you a Lexus?

Last week Lexus held a “Virtual Tennis Open” at New York’s Rockefeller Center to go along with its sponsorship of the U.S. Open, using the Nintendo Wii. The money raised by the tourney was given to The Andy Roddick Foundation for neglected, abused and sick children, while Lexus gave the top two players who came to compete brand new 2008 Lexus IS-F under a one year paid lease. The winners also walked away with two V.I.P. tickets to the U.S. Open.

The Competition was managed by Games Media Properties. One of their staff members unveiled herself as Alexis Herbert of the PMS Clan (a.k.a. PMS Tart). The tourney lasted three days, from September 4th through September 6th.
