The FIFA series is a popular soccer video game developed by EA Sports, which broke into the 16-bit era late in 1993 with Fifa Soccer ’94 (or Fifa International Soccer) on the Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis, featuring the first isometric view in a soccer game, disregarding the traditional birds-eye view used in earlier soccer games, such as “Sensible Soccer”.

Every year, EA tries to shape up new innovative ways to bring a more enjoyable computer game, as well as a sport simulation. The game comes every year with enhanced features and new ideas for getting yourself into the game. This year, EA will bring their best selling soccer game to the Wii. However, they must have known that replicating the series on the Nintendo Wii would require fresh ideas, and this was sure to break all of the traditional FIFA series boundaries.
