With the launch of a new product, Glow Gaming has unveiled the production of another. Early concerns from from us here at DPAD regarding possible Wii remote sensor interference were quickly put to rest by Glow Gaming, "Our products do not use any electrical lights, therefore do not require any special modifications to the controller hardware." Consumers will need only to charge the material with light (natural or otherwise), lasting up to an hour. "We are designing a few options, if we are unable to make the Wii controller complete, we will have a glowing sleeve that fits over the remote," said a representative of Glow Gaming, who was infatuated with the notion of using glow-in-the-dark technology for the Wii, "We feel if we implement this technology with the Wii remote the gaming experience when playing in the dark would be quite entertaining. You will be able to see the Wii wand waving around in the dark."In the mean time, users can check out the latest Glow Gaming GottaGlow PS2 controller available at Best Buy Canada, Rogers Video stores and just in time for the holiday season, select Wal-Mart locations. The controller sells at a suggested retail price of about $20.
