Only a few days after its launch, about 11,000+ Sony Playstation 3 units have been sold on eBay, and it seems like the Wii is following in its footsteps. After people received their Wii's on launch day, they wanted to make a profit off the console so they placed their Wii on eBay. While they haven't sold for nearly as much as some of the PS3's, a few have surpassed the $400 mark which isn't bad considering the console is only $250 and is in less demand when compared to the Playstation 3.

Red Herring reported that over 14,000 Wii's have been purchased over eBay while the Playstation 3 has sold about 11,300 units.
