In anticipation for the December 7 launch of the Nintendo Wii, Australian gamers will get a sneak peek at upcoming events.
While Australian gamers will have to wait until December 7 to take home their very own Nintendo Wii, they will have a chance to test out the system at upcoming events planned by Nintendo.

According to the Australian Wii website, there are many events planned preceding the launch of the Nintendo Wii. Gamers can expect to see the Wii on display at retail stores, at GAME1, eGames and other locations across the continent.

According to the website, the games on display will include: Wii Sports, Wii Play, WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Excite Truck, and the most popular pre-release title, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

For American fans looking to get a view of the Wii before launch, and enjoy some good music, the Nintendo Fusion Tour runs until November 11. The Nintendo Fusion Tour features bands Hawthorne Heights, Relient K, The Sleeping, Plain White T's, and Emery.
