HL2 had nothing to do with Alyx kicking a bunch of zombies in the face.

I love HL and HL2, however i doubt this upcoming episode will be that amazing. The engine already looks a bit outdated if you ask me. Just my opinion.

It has always seemed like they put more thought into the physics than the graphics to me.

That trailer didn't do much for me. =/

Thought it would be way longer, but graphics look insane.

Been playing CS since 2000...and i'm a God among men in the Graphic Design world. Ever, ever.

It's a trailer, don't base the game off of just that. I'd probably buy it.

Yeah, the Source engine doesn't look as good as other engines out there, but then again Valve didn't set out to make an ultra-realistic looking engine they focused more on the physics and more natural looking graphics "softer on the eyes" as quoted by some dude from valve

I'm sorry, but, if graphics are the primary factor in defining a game's quality for you, then that's pretty short-sighted

I'll judge the game when I have played it myself, HL still imerses me, despite the age old graphics, so they shouldn't be an issue here.
