The interview was very educational. It seems like they are going to do some new and exciting things, and hopefully all will work out. I think Trevor was a bit hard on the questions, "but again...". Anyways, can't wait for updates! E3 maybe? :D

In the interview Angel says that one of the big reasons they're developing this is because of the developers ridiculous restrictions on the game. Makes me worry what they know in regards to what valve is doing :X. Maybe they're making this game because Valve is not going to let tourneys use 1.6 and CPL sees a window of opportunity. I really hope this isn't the case. However, I don't know any other reason why CPL would essentially try out push CS out.
did this slasher guy pay any attention that the answers given to him? his questions barely varied from the basic theme of "what are you going to do about competition"
surely he could have given up at least half an hour into the interview ~_~
please DONT make it a quake/UT/painkiller clone, lean it towards CS or so, like the 1.3 edition, a bit speedier than 1.6, but not another quake-clone like prey, painkiller and so on.
