After months and months of waiting, the The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles expansion pack is now available for download on the PSN for $30 in North America. It is identical to it's Game of the Year counterpart, and requires an Oblivion disc to play, though, if you have the GOTY Edition you won't need to download the PSN version.

The poster makes mentions of the difficulty in achieving a DLC version for the PS3, but through hours of vigorous testing and coding, Bethesda was able to pull it off.
