Releasing this week is the anticipated The Orange Box, but for the Xbox 360 and PC, not the Playstation 3. Retailers are suggesting a mid to late November release, but no date has been confirmed or even murmured by EA. Could the same development problems that handicapped the Playstation 3 version of Madden to 30 FPS still exist in the EA realm, or do they want to perfect it?

If this title should slip into 2008 it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing; sure, Playstation 3 owners wouldn't have many games to play until then, but come early 2008 you'll have a plethora of titles to empty your wallet on: Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2, etc.. Just be patient you Playstation 3 fans, your time will come.
