Guitar Hero 3 Rocks On

The look and feel of Guitar Hero, honestly, looks and feels the same. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun, right?! Right!

Stu and I walked up to the Playstation 3 demo and handled a couple of wireless guitars to play Guitar Hero. We set the tone on Hard and enjoyed The Rolling Stones with Paint it Black.

A very good choice of songs, obviously my own pick, so the game began.

The wireless guitar did have a bit of delay, less than a half second it felt, which was no matter for me, I’m terrible, but it did delay the absolute destruction that Stu was plaguing me with.

There were a few more band members that you can choose one, a Jimmy Hendrix look alike is the only one I can recall offhand, but there was about 12 to choose from. Aside from the new soundtrack which including a wide range of tracks from Muse to Tenacious D to Kiss, were pretty rockin’, but nothing outrageous and out of left field. After a seemingly 20 minute track, Stu had beaten me by at least 30,000 points, but it was worth it to try out.
