PS3 Problem

My ps3 doesnt read any type of disc, it happened after i was playing mgs4

throw it down a staircase then call ps3 tech support.

Call tech support, its happened to a few machines apparently.

It has happened to me, Call up customer service, tell them your problem and they will send you a box and you will give them your ps3 and they will send you back a working one. If you are within the warranty it will be free. For me once I sent it into them it only took about 5 days to get back.

ps3 is obviously the best console... just call tech and report the incident
