Yeah, that’s right… I picked a girl for my first spotlight!  Before you guys jump up-and-down at the injustice of it all, remember… I have a gun, AND I am not afraid to use it!  Also, this is my story, and you know (or will know) how much I love to rile the guys up (just kidding… I bruise easy, so be nice)!  So sit back, pour a glass of something cold to drink (find out what drink I chose at the end of the story)… and enjoy the read!

The Brief Read (for those fast-food junkies out there)

TriXie is XBL’s renowned gamer girl who spies (I am looking around for the binoculars on me right now) and reports on the entire XBL community.  Besides PWNing on the ever-so-addictive XBL Arcade games, she interviews celebrity gamers, us not-so-famous regular gamers, and gets us all the juicy gossip on Xbox we all just HAVE to know.  For those info geeks out there (like me!) who need to know the how, when, why, what… here is a little more detail:

Ouch, it's blinding us!  Every week TriXie shines the bright light on some well deserving gamer in her Gamer Spotlight.  Whether you are an underground rapper, on top of XBL leaderboards, or have an Xbox license plate… if you have an interesting story, TriXie is looking for you!  She has all the stories about our fellow gamers we just love too read!  I am still waiting on a story of someone who got an Xbox logo tattooed onto their forehead (any takers reading this?)!

Not trying to get 007 on you or anything, but when something is hush-hush, count on TriXie to uncover it!  Taking you behind the scenes with her feature, Xbox Undercover, you will find exclusive content from her first in all Xbox matters.  This might be just the place to find the info your friends will actually pay money for!  Events, contests, developer info, you name it.  If it has “Top Secret” on it, bank on TriXie already sliding down the vent shaft with her night-vision goggles just to give YOU first dibs!  Go ahead, tell your friends to break out those wallets!

Star struck and loving it…

Elijah Wood loved it enough to host the release, Wilmer Valderrama is the self-proclaimed “unofficial” spokesperson for it, and Fear Factory has a whole HOUSE dedicated to it… Xbox, that is.  Believe it or not, a lot of stars twinkle in the Xbox night sky.  Aside from the Game with Fame event hosted on XBL, TriXie brings in celebrities personally into the community with her Celebrity Interview feature.  Get to know their games, their strategies, and their GAMER MINDS… along with upcoming projects on the big screen.  Go ahead, reach for those bling-bling stars!

From the People Playing to the People Making…

If Reese Witherspoon had participated in a country LAN with all her home-town friends in a real world version of Sweet Home Alabama, TriXie would have put on her over-alls to get involved in the gamer hoe-down!  In her Community Spotlight, TriXie meets interesting gamer communities from the most well-known clans to the smallest pockets of after-school buddies.  This feature will happily remind you that gaming is about friendships as much as it is about the kills (well, almost).
