guitar hero is dying. gh2 was the picture perfect gh. they should have left it alone and just added new charts once a year in the next installment. now theyre trying to be posers and keep up with rock band. screw this.
#5 what a terrible insult, you're so insecure that you need to make fun of someone else over the internet for making a comment resulting about a video game. Good call, Buddy.
actually drummania has that covered #8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8fXiaZqATA ;) I see gh4 going the direction of drummania meets guitar hero which is well needed but could easily kill off the series for the learning curve if that were to happen at least on expert difficulties ;)
I thought it was a pretty good insult #7. Not agreeing with it or anything, but still nonetheless a good comeback to #4's comment. Obviously you don't understand how forums work.

i found rock band to be quite entertaining with a few friends, but alone it held little interest. GH 4 is taking things to the next level with song design, but I doubt ill make the investment. Its also supposed to have the biggest song list of any GH game yet.
I've played rock band with nothing but friends, and it got boring real fast. We weren't too fond of playing THE SAME SONG for the 6TH GOD.DAMN TIME IN A ROW just to unlock another one. And at least you can hear the guitar notes. Most of the time the drummer can't even hear the drum part of the song and can only hear the sound of the sticks hitting the kit. Also, the vocal system is completely retarded and inaccurate, and the bass is pointless. And I don't like the rectangular notes either.
If RB2 isn't compatible with the GH4 instruments, then I'm not getting it.
