Even with Blueray discs most games that come out for both systems get better rankings on the xbox 360, maybe because of xbox live? But this is good news for anyone who has a ps3 and not an xbox 360. I highly recommend this game, especially if you have a nice big 1080p tv.... its sexy... almost.... too sexy

#13 its because 360 is the lead platform for almost every 3rd party game, converting 360 games to PS3 is significantly more difficult than converting from PS3 first to 360. This is almost entirely due to the complications with the cell processor.
#12 a well designed pc will almost always take the cake on graphical capability in comparison to xbox 360 or ps3. so the fact that you think xbox 360 or ps3 would have provided a better graphical upgrade than your computer means either your computer is ancient or is an emachine.
secondly, the game is originally designed for the xbox 360 platform and not the ps3. despite being able to put the game on a blu-ray disc and view it on a blu-ray player, the complications from the cell processor could well overwhelm the advantage of graphical capability inherent with porting a game from the xbox 360 to the ps3.
I wish bioshock stayed exclusive.

#20 why? 2K stands to make even more money off teh game that you apparently like.... leading to them pushing a sequel out sooner. Whats the big deal here? I bet you the ps3 version has been done for awhile now, they just couldnt announce it.
oh and the best i could get was medium graphics as fighting the big daddies with plasmids caused the game to crash due to the video card over heating, but thanks for knit-picking essien !

if you still got a CRT the 17" will own the shti out of the 50" TV because you can go with a higher resolution than with the TV
#25 i have an LCD but a year ago i still had a CRT because i wasn't bound to the native resolution for best image quality
