to bad u cant hold up to 2 gigs of song on ur ds, to bad u cant hold up to 2 gigs of porn on ur ds, to bad u cant watch good UMD movies on ur ds. to bad u have a pointless 2nd screen on ur ds
lol come on fan boys, chill, who gives a sefjsd. whats better, let a guy have his opinion, both consoles are unique, while psp will make you condoms, drink and a sandwich on a fly, ds has the touch screen so ya know!!
I'm just saying, these arguments are pointless, dont waste your life on them, go outside kick a ball or something... -_-
speaking of kicking a ball, germany vs. sweden tomorrow :-D
These threads just start flame wars everytime, so they shoudln't be created IMO. The DS/PSP users will obviously just bash the others.
Both of the handhelds are good in their own way. PSP is more of a multimeida machine than DS is, it has new modern games, but some would argue that they don't have that many quality games, although to say it doesn't have good games is just plain ignorant.
The DS on the otherhand has a few more "fun" games. While these may be "kiddy" andwhatnot some people still find it fun. It doesn't have anything on the PSP when it comes to multimedia though.
From a man that had both. The psp had only one or 2 good games at launch. It was koo to hack on it and put snes games on a sony console but all the multimedia functions are quickly replaced by an ipod or creative Zen Vision M. Reguardless of its High quailty screen it still lacks 30-60 gbs of space compared to its compitioin that sony says its against.
The DS doesn't have all these functions and nintendo was never going for it. And they are ahead for a reason. Nintendo knows it can't make a 300 dollar portable system. They probably did the best bang for buck handheld ever. So what if the ds doesn't have so and so resolution with toaster maker, and blender and such. The way how the system is played gets you so involved and its a new way of how to be inovative. When i played the DS i sold my psp. The only thing the psp does that my Vision:M doesn't do is play games but other then that its a waste. And the ds is a fun hand held.

btw #7, www.m3adapter.com pretty much argues against all your arguements. I only have to pay 20 bux for a 1 gig sd card compared to your 1 gig pro duo card at 90-100 bux.

I run every SNES\NES\(Nintendo) Sega Gen and MAME titles on my PSP can emulate 1.5-2.5 Firmware and have 4UMD ISO's loaded on my Memory Stick and run them. What can your DS do?
I've been comparing the DS and PSP a lot lately because I'm going to be buying one very soon. Both have their advantages. In a big way it comes down to the nintendo vs. sony wars and who likes what type of games more. DS is geared more towards classical nintendo gaming. They focus a lot on fun factor, respectfully. PSP is for a more mature gamer and costs more money. I'll be getting the PSP mainly for the music/movies/games options.

DS>PSP
the sound quality on the DS's mp3 player must be amazing
and the dual screens act as two screens when it plays dvds?
ok then

People just need to play what they like =/

Just ignore their biased opinions.

I would say psp is better cuz it can play music and movies.

my point was that it was a stupid comment to make
