An all-new series premieres this Saturday, February 2nd at 1PM ET/10AM PT on GAMEPLAY HD, a high-def channel dedicated to the world of video gaming, with an hour-long special episode previewing the Madden Challenge tournament. Six weekly half-hour episodes, premiering on Saturdays beginning February 9th will follow, featuring extensive coverage of the 2007 Madden Challenge tournament rounds, as well as gamer portraits, segments on the Madden NFL football culture and characters and the strategic plans of the finalists as they prepare for intense head-to-head competition. GAMEPLAY HD’s tournament coverage is enhanced by its on-air team which includes host Topp Taylor, color commentary provided by Ari Wolfe, a seasoned professional play-by-play announcer, and Rico Williams, one of the world’s foremost experts on Madden NFL football.
