Jeremy “Prolific O” Horne competed in the 2007 Canadian Madden Challenge finals where he fell short to Mohammed “MA” Abdulle. Here is what Prolific told GotFrag.com when we fired him five questions after his championship loss.

One real noticeable thing about the championship was the number of fans for him and the number for you. How much did that affect you in the finals?
Prolific O: At first it wasn’t big, but once I started to fall behind in points, it played a factor in me trying to come back. Plus standing up on top of it was quite a bit of a factor.

You used the Detroit Lions. Out of all the teams in the league, why the Lions?
Prolific O: I like them because they are a pretty good team and I don’t like to use the Patriots and Chargers because everyone uses them. I want to show that you can do it with different teams other than those two.

Coming in to this tournament, where did you expect to land?
Prolific O: I expected to maybe win the first two rounds and that’s about it. I didn’t expect to go to the final game. I did better than I thought I would. It was my first challenge.

You had an amazing win in the second round where you scored a touchdown with four seconds left. Did you think you had a real shot at the finals with that huge win?
Prolific O: I realized I did because that was one of my tougher games. I managed to pull out a win in that so I figured I could make it to the finals, too.

You got this far in your first Madden Challenge. What can we expect from you in the future?
Prolific O: I am going to keep playing and get Madden 09 when it comes out. I want to come back here and hopefully take it all.
