the game itself actually teaches u a lot. if you put it on rookie mode, it will pick plays for you and even keep the routes and stuff on the field so you understand what your doing. plus it has tutorials for all the other stuff. none of this even existed back when i started in like 01 or 02.
i think a combination of that and just lookin up tricks on youtube will help you get better.
