It's called goallineblitz, has been around for only a little while and it allows you to manage teams and salaries throughout a season, or enter the market with players of your own -- negotiating contracts, improving performance and seeking starting roles.

it's free, but like everything of this type you can spend a couple dollars for little things if you want. Took me a little bit to understand how things work, but after I figured it out it's pretty cool.

I've never played NFL Head Coach. I wanted to, but it got bad reviews D:
Best I can describe it is CSManager if you've ever played it. Same concept. You can watch how your player performs in real time play by play during matches and get a better understanding of what to adjust, etc... Spose to be more control in regards to play calling for owners soon.
