After the amazing release of Halo 3, some customers are claiming "spoiled milk" on the hand of Microsoft.

According to certain sources, there is an over 98% defective rate in the production of the Limited Edition of Halo 3. After checking things out, I saw a forum post from someone who just purchased the game and claims he has a defective copy:

From other significant sources, some major retailers are having Limited Editions returned in high numbers due to problems.

If this is true, we will surely have to hear from Microsoft very soon regarding what they will do to stop something like this from occurring any more.
