Ontario, CA - After a grueling tournament, MoB 180 has stepped up to the podium to take their first place position in a major Gears of War LAN tournament. Stepping up to take out a number of other MLG professional teams, they have proved themselves worthy for the prize and first place.

It seems that a a totally new roster has given this team the ability to step up their game and give every pro team a run for their money. Two top MLG teams not available for this competition were prOphEcY and InFiNiTy as they were attending the WCG World Finals in Seattle, in which InFiNiTy pulled out a gold medal for team USA.

With MLG Las Vegas coming up in the next week, the playoffs are heating up as all of these professional Gears of War teams will be coming hot out of LAN competition for the playoffs, and this can give us one of the largest Gears of War stops in the season as we will see every team playing their best for a large prize, nearly 4 times the normal amount.
