It has been announced that the map pack "Hidden Fronts" that has been sold for 800 MS points on XBLM is now going to be FREE as of September 3. Mark Rein of Epic has announced that they will become free in the future and now it is official as word has come in by Microsoft.

Those of you who are waiting to try out the new maps can download them for free as of September 3 to see maps such as Garden, Subway, Process, and Bullet Marsh.

Bullet Marsh - This swampland is home to a larger battle as both Cog and Locust use the dark for cover... until the Kryll attack.

Garden - Featuring some dangerous garden houses that can kill even the strongest soldier in no time by breathing in the pesticides, the hammer of dawn can cut anyone down to size in any area. Stay in the mausoleum for the most protection.

Subway - Fighting underground has never been so dangerous, with weapons scattered all over the subway area as Cog and Locust fight for control of the subway as well as the rain-dampened streets.

Process - This imulsion plant is host to some hectic firefights as Cog and Locust battle deep underground for control of the processing plant.
