dont use this driver if you play 1.6, you'll get a few issue with it, stick to the 8X.XX drivers until nvidia fixes the issues

91.33 ^^^ use those instead the 91.31 cause severe problems with nvidia 5XX chipsets

this one is BAD for 1.6 users, have had many errors

yha id stick to the one before this theres black boxes for rain and sparks and lots of other bad stuff

I have nVidia GeForce 440 64MB, should I download these or some other better drivers?
Btw, when I install some other drivers that are not on my Graphics Card Drivers CD, then I can't indrease or decrease lightness, gamma, contrast and other @ my graphic card CP.
What drivers do you recommend me?
Also, one more problem.. I play on 2.4GHz, 512MB RAM & nVidia GeForce 440 64MB, how come I don't have 100fps constant? I think I still have a good machine for better fps :/
One smoke grenade and boom, it goes to 20fps..help?

I don't have nervs to f*** with those drivers. I mean installing and uninstalling..
Now I have 91.31 Forceware and they seem good, fps is raised for 10, but still dont have 100 constant..

mmm actually.. i cant play cs since i install this.. when i click to the shorcut it starts something weird :s

tried these like seriously 4weeks ago when they were in beta, noticed the crap in 1.6 and reverted back instantly. Seems like bugs still not fixed even when its WLHQ now. Dam Nvidia, get your sh!t straight.

These would have to be the wroste drivers I have ever dl. One problem with these bad boys... Wtf is up with the black boxes?? I cant see sh!t.

you have to set the drivers to classic nview instead of the new way otherwise you wont be able to change vsync...which resets when you dl these drivers... im stuck with these drivers too cuh the older drivers mess up the general proformance of my 7800gtx so i have to play with the black boxes for now :\

Not only are people having problems with these drivers in CS, but they're also just all-around *bad* drivers. nVidia changed the layout for changing settings in the 90 series from the tried-and-true method we're all used to to some crappy other format that's supposed to be more like the way drivers for Vista will be layed out for configuration. I used to prefer the nVidia drivers' control panel to ATI's, but not anymore. Luckily you can still use the classic mode though nVidia warns you that it's now unsupported. Oh well...they've got a lot of work to do before I'd give these an even decent mark.

These drivers are horrible. Do not I repeat do not install these. If you have your last exe saved in your nvidea folder, reinstall them.

how random was that. thanks everyone for pointing that out (my mate installed them because they were the latest drivers, i wouldnt have installed them myself).

I downloaded it when it came out had like 70 fps flickering in 1.6 and like 40 fps looking at console.

Too many rookies, not enough pro's.

yes it�s the buggy version with the black boxes. The .33 beta driver got the same prob!

i'm getting black boxes too... anyone hear me at cpl yelling in the byoc that i see black boxes. time to roll back.
