Selling faster than any other Pokemon since the first one was introduced in the states, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl joins the 1 million sold club in just five days. One reason the game was able to accomplish such a feat was software availability and, of course, the hottest selling piece of hardware on the market right now, the Nintendo DS/DS Lite. In March alone the DS sold 508,000+ units. According to VGChartz.com, the DS has sold 41.05 million units around the world.
